I normally get my vehicles serviced at the Hickman Mills location. Have been a customer since 1996ish. Always thorough and on point. Found out a new location, Lee’s Summit, opened closer to me so I decided to try them out. The awesome, professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE service was received by Brad and techs at Lee’s Summit location as well. I recommend Sallas to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, fair, dependable repair service. Yes, a lil more expensive but you get what you pay for.

I had a break down over the weekend. My car was towed to Sallas and they had a night box that was very accessible to use. The next day they kept me informed of what it would take to get my car back in the road. They fixed the car and let me know to pick it up. Very nice company to work with.

After two visits to a dealership ,who couldn't resolve a coolant leak, I found Sallas KC online. Problem solved in one visit. Service managers and mechanics are not revenue generators. They'll either tell you a problem needs to fixed ASAP or that it needs to be addressed sooner or later. Thanks to Kelly, Jeramiah and Robert Morse for all their efforts to keep my pick up road worthy.

I’ve brought my Jeep here a few times, and all 3 times these guys did a great job. The first visit, something I asked to be fixed was accidentally missed. When I called to bring it up, they immediately took responsibility for the communication mistake and had me bring my vehicle back in ASAP, where they fixed the issue with no problem. I really appreciated the accountability they showed and how quickly they handled it. What really stands out to me is how honest they are. I never felt pressured or scammed like I have at other shops. They were upfront, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also offer a free ride to wherever you need to go after dropping your vehicle off, and they can even pick you up. I’ve never been to an auto shop that does that. Ross is who I worked with, and he was AMAZING. His customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They provide a fully detailed report of what needs to be fixed, clearly explaining what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Their prices are very fair as well. I was actually referred here by a Firestone manager, which says a lot. They even called today to check in and see how my vehicle has been doing. Overall, they’re an amazing shop, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs.
