I'm more than pleased with Sallas off Hickman Mills near the Grandview triangle. The shuttle service that took me home after dropping my car off was very Midwest friendly. They quickly same day diagnosed the issues that my car was having and sent me a report on my car with really helpful information such as some things that were really needing attention at a higher priority than other things and that way I could pick and choose what needed fixed with my limited budget, and what things I could wait on. They also had staff from the front desk lady making me feel welcome to Paul who was texting and calling with the information that was most helpful in addressing my concerns. This is a place that I would recommend to a friend or family member.

Brad & Zander are awesome in explaining the issues and remedies for my vehicles. I don’t feel taken advantage of. Brad went the extra mile in taking my XT5 to a GMC dealership because the service it needed was covered under manufacture’s warranty. All I had to do was pick up my vehicle when the repair was done! 5+ stars!!!
