Made appointment to get an oil change. Had to cancel and reschedule for the next week on a Thursday morning. I get there. The appointment is not scheduled either. It be a miscommunication, we're an error on their part. That's not my fault, don't have time to wait for another day. So we'll never go back

They quoted me $22,000 on my VW Tiguan. Another shop fixed my car for 3K….. Mind you they didn’t want to even open up the hood of my vehicle charging 156.00 for a computer test that auto zone runs for free‼️ I ended up getting everything taken care of for less than 3k ELSEWHERE! If you have a foreign car just go elsewhere where because in their words “there’s no point in breaking down your engine to identify the issue we’re just gonna replace it all.” The absolute worst place in all of Kansas City to get an estimate/quote or any work done at all whatsoever! I had my vehicle moved the same day it was dropped off, there’s no way any of these other 735 comments are serious as EVERYone I know has had the same dealings with this place - and they emailed and sent a letter requesting I post this so here it is! Dog crap of a service ship plain and simple!!!!!

I bought a 1986 ford at an auction after I get rear ended and it totaled my car I had just finished working on. It’s hard to look up things on a 40 year-old truck but they did it, and I needed some stuff done. They sent me pictures and recommendations; This was all through text. didn’t have to go in, or anything! My sister told me about it and my brother-in-law also told me about them and they got everything done for $1500 and then the clutch went out. Bummer. They found out it was the bushing behind the clutch that was out because it was 40 years old and they gave me a great price. These guys are awesome. I would recommend Them for anything. They are reasonable and the job got done within three days. They really came through. And if you have triple A, you get a discount. Just let them know. Great auto shop x10.

Love Sallas! Kelly at the front desk is amazing! The mechanics found the real problem, which was misdiagnosed by a dealership service department, and the repair was quick, thorough and excellent! They will have my business going forward!
