I originally chose Sallas Auto Repair because I know one of their Certified Technicians personally (Noah - very knowledge!). I quickly learned that from the moment you call or enter Sallas Auto, you're greeted by two very kind Service Advisors - Kelly and Drew! The whole shop is timely in their work and responses. I really liked the platform they use for communicating the repairs. They send a link via text so you can see what the technicians have found. Then a Service Advisor calls you to walk you through things even more. This shop just feels like they truly care and are trustworthy! They are out of my way from home and work, but they're so good at what they do that I'll be a lifetime customer! If you aren't choosing Sallas, what're you even doing??

Everything from setting the appointment to the communication during the service being performed was spot on. Highly recommend.

Sallas has taken care of my cars since I bought my first one and have always done a great job. They only recommend what they truly think your car needs, no upselling. They explain everything well without making you feel dumb or inferior. I have moved across town but still go out of my way to take my cars here.

Maybe not the cheapest place around, but I have NEVER had an issue getting in, nor with the quality of service I've gotten from these folks. Highly recommend if you need the job done right the first time. PLUS a 2 year warranty on most repairs?!? Come on...nobody else does that!

The team at Sallas Auto was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They did a great job with my car and have a really easy, streamlined process for customers from making appointment to approving services to picking up. Highly recommend.
