First, I want to say Jerimiah was very professional and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining Sallas's policy of not allowing a customer to bring their car manufacture's oil and filter for and oil change and only pay only labor and minimal shop fee. He explained due to potential liability of that the part could have a defect and also the likelihood of profit being so little that it is not good business. Due to this policy, I now take my car to another repair shop that will do this and then make a reasonable profit on other repairs if needed. I just want other potential customer's to be aware of their policy and make the best choice for them. Thanks,

I went to KC from El Paso to visit my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas last year. I had some trouble with my car( battery) and my son took me to Sallas Auto Repair. I talk to Andrew and he was great. From the moment I got there to the day I took my car back him and hes team was professional and very kind. I felt safe with my car and they work. Im back home to El Paso and I was never worried about my car. I recommend Sallas Auto Repair to everyone that leaves in KC. If you go to another place to work on your car you are definitely not being smart.

Tim, it is never our intent to charge for anything that is not approved by our customers. We always have our customers sign an estimate before performing work. In your case we sent an estimate via text that was signed before we did any work. There will never be any price changes without customer approval. We apologize we didn't elaborate if you had additional questions on any cost on the ticket.

Had some exhaust problems and a few other things wrong with my truck, someone recommended Sallas Auto Repair, took it to get fixed and it running good ! I will definitely be coming back.
