I am giving two stars solely because the person I dealt with was very pleasant and apologetic, however my overall experience was very poor. Had an appointment to get my transmission and other fluids changed and because they spent 9 hours driving my car around to try and get it to show a warning message that was a secondary concern even after I told them the warning was very sporadic and occasional and not a big concern they ran a computer test and charged me $160 bucks. Nothing I actually made the appointment for got done. So now I have to make a second appointment just to get done what was supposed to be done the first time. Not going back.

Great experience every single time I come to this place. They take the time to explain everything over the phone, I'm always afraid to not have a car for weeks but they work so fast I usually get is back within 24 hours or less than a week.

Had a preowned Subaru Outback inspected prior to purchasing. Very pleased with their report and pictures of everything they checked.

Thomas Hancock, their employee that works for this company is online being very racist and prejudice towards black people and people of color. Saying typical suspects to a video of black people online. Anticipating that black people are ghetto and typical suspects, as if there is not crime in every other ethnicity. This deserves to be told because i assume there is black customers or even people of color that comes to get their car worked on at this business and they have an employee thats racist with discriminative thoughts. Every customer should know that they are in trusted, non-prejudiced hands and that the employee is not selective on skin color. Be kinder in a world full of Thomas Hancocks.
