I had a very positive first time customer experience at Sallas. They conducted a thorough inspection of my 10-year old Subaru, and completed the main repair I brought the vehicle in for at a very fair price. They alerted me to other maintenance issues that could be addressed without any pressure. They gave me a ride both directions when dropping off/picking up, which was a huge help. Corbin was very professional. I will be returning there.

First, I want to say Jerimiah was very professional and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining Sallas's policy of not allowing a customer to bring their car manufacture's oil and filter for and oil change and only pay only labor and minimal shop fee. He explained due to potential liability of that the part could have a defect and also the likelihood of profit being so little that it is not good business. Due to this policy, I now take my car to another repair shop that will do this and then make a reasonable profit on other repairs if needed. I just want other potential customer's to be aware of their policy and make the best choice for them. Thanks,
