Meet Our Lee's Summit Team
Brad Bonack
Manager. Brad joined the team on November 27, 2023, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He earned his Associate’s degree from Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix and holds a Mercedes-Benz Elite certification. Brad spent 10 years as a technician with Toyota before transitioning into service management.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys 3D archery, camping, light off-roading, and anything motorsport-related. In the summer, you'll often find him at local Cars and Coffee events on Saturday mornings.
Zander Hargrave
Service Advisor. Zander comes from a background in construction, specializing in asphalt and paving, and is now bringing his strong work ethic and people skills to the automotive industry. A natural with customers, he’s passionate about helping people get back on the road safely and efficiently.
Zander recently married his wife, Megan, and they live in Lee’s Summit. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and playing drums at his church, blending his love for faith and music.
Thomas Hancock
Technician. Thomas is a technician and car enthusiast who’s almost always in the garage—whether he is working on his own race car or helping friends with their builds. When he is not turning wrenches, he enjoys fishing with his son, helping his dad keep his classic cars on the road, and playing guitar—something his son and him both love. He always stays busy, doing what he is passionate about. Thomas is an awesome asset to the Sallas Team.
