Absolutely Fantastic! Will highly recommend and continue to take my vehicles to Sallas for service and repair! Paul gave me updates every step of the inspection and repair process. The online inspection they share has pictures of the issues they find and allowed me to approve instantly of the repairs I wanted done now while keeping a record of items that will need service/repair in the future. ZERO pressure to do repairs/service I was unable to complete this trip or didn't feel I needed! Paul and the Service Tech answered my questions by walking me around my truck and showing me the issues along with their thoughts and recommendations. The whole experience was stress free and pleasant! From the young lady I spoke with on the phone, to the Service Techs and the Service Reps, everyone was very polite and smiling. Thank you Sallas!
