I have to admit that I hadn't had to use a mechanic for quite awhile and was just a little apprehensive going. But my experience with Sallas was surprisingly good. They were thorough in handling my original concerns and found everything that was needing to be looked at on my 16 yo vehicle. Communication was really good and I'll be going back soon.

The staff is super nice. They have great communication using text and phone calls. They are my go to place.

So far so good I called the shop and asked if my car can be seen due to the AC not working. They offered me a ride home as well as to pick me up when my car is ready. I will be adding onto this review as my car appointment is tomorrow to see if the prices are fair to also see if they can fix the issue. I want to give a big thank you to Kelly as I spoke with her over the phone and her little voice is so pure and sweet and she was very helpful. Answered all my questions. I look forward to tomorrow’s visit and I also look forward to seeing if they can find out what’s wrong and also most importantly the price that they will be charging me. I will update you all soon.

My experience with Sallas was beyond great! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They took the time to explain every little detail to me (I know very little about cars) and gave me all the information I could possibly need to make a decision about my car. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are extremely kind and caring. And they provided great service on my car. I have already recommended/raved about Sallas to my family and friends, and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know! 10/10 experience (even though car troubles are not a good experience 😂)

It was my first time going to Sallas and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for my car needs. Honest, thoughtful about spending, no adding unnecessary fixes or trying to up-sell me, and everyone I spoke with were the most professional and nice service people I've dealt with in a long time. Cannot recommend Sallas enough.

I hate cars because they need service; it's reality. In recent years, I have mostly used dealerships for issues as I purchase warranties with my vehicle. Dealerships turn around quickly, though they always have some other reason to ask for money from you. It's stressful enough when you have a major repair and a lack of resources. Sallas Auto was a perfect experience. They were able to get me in for service, worked with my warranty and went to bat on my behalf, and completed the work in a timely manner. I had a loaner that made my life so much easier as they fixed my car. This is one of the best car experiences that I have ever had. Definitely check with Sallas Auto for anything that keeps your vehicle in top running condition.

Sallas prices are to high for me, they are above the dealer prices each time, I will not be back, People are saying don’t go to Sallas, they will rip you off I didn’t believe it at first , now I do. Service ok, they keep your vehicle to many days for small repairs
