Four wheel alignment service performed. Good explanation of results and items to keep track of that will need service in future. Steering wheel now level for the first time. Car tracks perfectly straight on road. Very reasonable charge for this service.

Impressive. Per the manufacturer it was time for the car's 7,500 mile service check. Absolutely NO WAY am I taking the car to a dealership and getting ripped off for unnecessary work/charges. Went online and found Sallas Auto Repair. I feel like I won the lottery. Filled out the requested information and I received a call from Ken at Sallas to schedule the appointment. Ken was extremely friendly and verified the work I was wanting done. I dropped the car off and was given a courtesy ride back home. Four (4) hours later I was called that the work was done. They then came and picked me up. I wanted an oil change + filter, tires rotated and an ID/OD inspection so I could register my car. That is exactly what they did and didn't try to sell me something over and above what I was wanting. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and treated me like I was a valued customer....a rarity these days! Any work I need to have done in the future will done by Sallas. Period.

I scheduled an oil change, the job was started on time and completed within one and half hours. I was happy with my service and will highly recommend to others.

I had my car inspected for tag renewal at the kc location, and it passed, needing only one minor repair, that I already knew was an issue. They gave an honest recommendation for the most time sensitive, relevant repairs I could have done, so to keep my 2001 Hyundai going, and running well, I decided to let them change the timing belt and do a tuneup and clean an oil leak off of the engine. This car, at 126,000 miles, is driving SO smooth now! I've owned a newer car before that drove well off the lot, but didn't float like this! In my 20 year driving experience, this shop is the best you can go to in Kansas City. They're honest, clean, professional, well staffed, friendly, timely, and do amazing work! All that being said, they're prices are extremely fair, and definitely not more than other auto shops. They've won me over forever. Thankyou to the owners, staff, and crew for all that you do!
