I'm very satisfied with my visit. This one was more meaningful than the others in the past. I was informed that I had a nail in my tire. What I appreciate in this experience is that the guy (I didn't get his name) first asked me did I have warranty on my tires, and then offered to put my spare on. Being a single woman, you sometimes fear going to these places because you fear being taken advantage of with no knowledge in certain areas about vehicles. But for him to give me all options before trying to charge me, showed me the genuine in his character of wanting to help/provide customer service. Not hustle me. Even though, small things were wrong with my car, he didn't try to go over board or sell me anything else.
