Also was extremely proactive in contacting me regarding progress of repairs and advice. We took a newly purchased used car there for inspection and to make it road worthy. We were referred to the Kansas City Sallas location by friends of the owners. I made an appointment easily online and received a voicemail to confirm. I called and talked with Ken I believe and was able to set everything up. Paul called me backed later the same day we had dropped off the vehicle and discussed all the tests they had completed, and work performed. We picked up the car 45 minutes later and could not have been more satisfied with our experience start to finish. Very timely, professional and attentive to our specific vehicle needs.
