I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and they took such good care of me and my car! They really go the extra mile! So thorough and conscientious! I left with great peace of mind.

The people are nice enough. I thought this was a good shop and it probably is, but I was not listened to and then I was given wrong information. I told you twice, once when I booked the appointment and again this morning that this was for a road force balance. When I arrived this morning, he asked if I was there for rotate and balance, I specifically said, "no, road force balance." I don't know if you don’t know what this is and just gave me thoughless answers? Carmax said the charge is too low for this to have been a road force balance and that a shop your size probably couldn't even hold the equipment to do these, so my time was wasted today and I don't have a lot of free time. After you did your work, I was told that it was taken on the road and the problem is improved. Also was told that my air pressure was a problem, but my tires are aired to the exact recommended pressure and this should not cause this issue. The problem is not improved so I don't know why you would tell me it is. I think you aren't actually listening or thinking through your answers and I don't have time to sit in a mechanic shop every week. Please refund your charge today and I will remove this review. I don't believe the correct work was done and the problem is definitely not improved. I can hear a sound now from the vibration in addition to the vibration and the truck is pulling to the left. I pull 7-10 thousand pounds with this truck. It needs to be is correct working order. I'm really irritated.

The best auto shop I've ever worked with. They went above and beyond for my car and took the time to do a detailed inspection, even though I only needed an oil change. They were polite, weren't pushy with unnecessary repairs, and services were reasonably priced. Cannot recommend them enough.

My drivers side window popped out of place and I was trying to get it fixed today so I could be set for work tomorrow. They got me in quick and got it done quick and I was set! They were also very nice and reasonably priced compared to other shops I called. Definitely will be coming back.

I didn't take my car for repairs you should contact Christine Clark or Emerson Clark! That's their car not mine!

Jermaiah and Paul were friendly and informative. Always kept in contact with us about the progress on Nissan. They got my Nissan in pretty quick and figured out the issues. They also informed me of other items that needed maintance. They emailed me prices and information regarding each issue with my car. I chose the ones I wanted to fix. The Nissan is doing great now. I appreciate the good care they have given to our family and Nissan.

I quickly learned that from the moment you call or enter Sallas Auto, you're greeted by two very kind Service Advisors - Kelly and Drew! The whole shop is timely in their work and responses. I really liked the platform they use for communicating the repairs. They send a link via text so you can see what the technicians have found. Then a Service Advisor calls you to walk you through things even more. This shop just feels like they truly care and are trustworthy! They are out of my way from home and work, but they're so good at what they do that I'll be a lifetime customer! If you aren't choosing Sallas, what're you even doing??
