I paid over $3000k of my hard earn working money for transmission leaks in April and it is still leaking! Here's my analyses, mechanic need to diagnosis the problem right on the first time! I don't like coming back a second time, then they find a new problem and charge me more. I definitely shouldn't have gave this place a try. Very frustrated!!! When a problem not fix, it hard for me to trust you again.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Sallas. I have bought a 2012 Cadillac and was looking for a service/repair shop for my vehicle. I went online to find a service center nearby and it came upon Sallas with great reviews and I made a call to set up an appointment. Needless to say I was not disappointed with my choice of my vehicle to be serviced at Sallas not only was given great service but a peace of mind to find reasonable service and repair at a reasonable price. My vehicle was in their shop for several days and I received a loaner from them at a rate of $5.00 a day. In addition they provide shuttle service to and from their shop at no additional cost within the Kansas City Metro Area. This is my permanent location for my vehicle to be serviced.

They let me know immediately that if I wasn’t going to pay more than what the warranty company was going to pay then they weren’t going to be willing to work with me. This place is a scam. They will make you pay out-of-pocket when your warranty company pays. I already had the issue diagnosed before I brought it to them. They proceeded to tell me that nothing is wrong with my truck and charged me $123. Again, they were trying to reiterate that the repairs would probably cost more than the warranty company would be willing to pay and I kept reiterating that I’m only going to pay the $100 deductible. So today they tell me nothing’s wrong with my truck. ! Scam, scam, scam scam! I will be contacting a lawyer immediately since they wanted to put me back on the road and an unsafe vehicle. And the icing on the cake was when the Mechanic and I pulled over and the mechanic was looking under the right side of the vehicle when I clearly explained it was the driver side ball joints. Good thing I got that on video.

Our technician inspected the suspension thoroughly, and even after reviewing it with you, we couldn’t find any faulty parts. Since we never want to replace components unnecessarily, we couldn’t move forward with a repair.
