I took my car in to Sallas because I had to get some AC work done after I replaced my condenser. I scheduled an appointment and dropped the car off expecting some sort of follow up on exactly what service I needed. Paul called me that morning and we talked through what I wanted and what the timeline would be. A few hours later I was provided a quote for the work I requested and Paul spent the time to explain what he would do personally if he was in my situation. He gave me more confidence in the decision I ended up making and I was quite pleased they were able to squeeze me into the end of the day. I will definitely be considering Sallas in the future for any other repairs I need.

We came here originally based off of a friend’s recommendation - and I’m really glad we did! Sallas has always taken really good care of my vehicles and they’re so professional. They’re always polite, accommodating, and they explain everything so thoroughly. After any inspection, they send over results and pictures in an online report, and have always been accommodating with rides since my family only has one vehicle. I never have any doubts about what was done or if it was needed. Thank you, Sallas! All of you are great.

Good service. However they charge a diagnostic fee of $72 which most companies wave if you get serviced there. I have never been charged a diagnostic fee when they completed the service. So for that I will never ever go back.

Everyone I interacted with at Sallas had great customer service skills. As a female walking into a car shop I felt comfortable and respected. I appreciate the to the point and in plain English communication. I never felt like I was being sold services I didn't need. I am glad I found a new place for my fleet!

I will forever be a Sallas customer. I left my car for an inspection and was told I needed new rear brakes for it to pass, and they were able to get it all done in the same day, within a couple of hours. They sent me pictures of everything else that needs attention, which I’ve never experienced at Big O or FireStone. They were very nice and genuine people too. Thank you guys!
