I took a Range Rover up there they were saying every bit of my front end all the parts were bad and wore out they couldn't do an alignment charge me an arm and a leg still didn't get my alignment done I took my Range Rover to Monty's Safety Lane in Grandview they did an alignment and everything was just fine so they wanted me to replace everything or they wouldn't touch it

At that time, our inspection and video documentation showed several loose front-end components, including the toe bars, ball joints, and strut mounts. Performing an alignment with those issues present would have been ineffective, as it would not hold or deliver safe results. I have to admit that I hadn't had to use a mechanic for quite awhile and was just a little apprehensive going. But my experience with Sallas was surprisingly good. They were thorough in handling my original concerns and found everything that was needing to be looked at on my 16 yo vehicle. Communication was really good and I'll be going back soon.

So far so good I called the shop and asked if my car can be seen due to the AC not working. They offered me a ride home as well as to pick me up when my car is ready. I will be adding onto this review as my car appointment is tomorrow to see if the prices are fair to also see if they can fix the issue. I want to give a big thank you to Kelly as I spoke with her over the phone and her little voice is so pure and sweet and she was very helpful. Answered all my questions. I look forward to tomorrow’s visit and I also look forward to seeing if they can find out what’s wrong and also most importantly the price that they will be charging me. I will update you all soon.

My experience with Sallas was beyond great! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They took the time to explain every little detail to me (I know very little about cars) and gave me all the information I could possibly need to make a decision about my car. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are extremely kind and caring. And they provided great service on my car. I have already recommended/raved about Sallas to my family and friends, and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know! 10/10 experience (even though car troubles are not a good experience 😂)
