The comprehensive service at Sallas keeps our vehicles running well and the inspection process assures us that nothing ever gets missed. When the techs find a weak spot or worn out part, I know it really is and they are not trying to run up the bill for their benefit. This service was for an oil change and upon inspection included a cleaning of the battery terminals along with suggestions for the next time we come in. That is helpful as we can plan and budget for the extra services to everything running well and be prepared for the change of seasons that is around the corner. For auto repairs, I've switched from my dealer to Sallas because I've lost trust in my dealer's service department's honesty about what my car needs and when. I feel I can depend on John and Ross to give me honest assessments. As a woman, I don't appreciate my lack of mechanical knowledge being exploited.

They did a great job. John took time to come double check my tires to see if I needed new ones right now or could wait a while. He said I could wait a while. He also showed me how to work the reticulation with the air conditioning. No one had ever shone me that.
