This place is amazing. My car has been and out of another shop for the past 2 months. Sallas were able to fix it in one day for a fraction of the cost!!! They just earned a new customer. Thanks guys/gals

This is the 3rd time I've had a vehicle repaired with Sallas. Each time the service was exceptional. They did a thorough job identifying everything that might need repair and then rating each item as to how critical it is to do at that time. This is a great help when you need to budget out repairs over time. Every repair I've had done has been done correctly the first time. I've been to a lot of mechanics over the years and Sallas is the best bar none! I highly recommend checking them out.

I requested an appointment online and received an email confirming my appointment. Sadly, we had one of Kansas city's many snow storms and I had to cancel but they got me in at my next requested time which was two days later. Really appreciated receiving a text with a link to show the areas where my vehicle passed the inspection, areas that needed attention and areas that really needed attention. No pressure to have them do the repairs but their ratings by other customers is excellent and I am inclined to use them for any repairs. Grateful for the free ride to come pick up my vehicle. Above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

Best service anywhere. Clean shop, qualified mechanics, and they always let you know if something else requires service, and whether it can wait or if it should be done soon. I respect their judgement. On the invoice they list upcoming service requirements to keep your car in peak running condition. It helps me plan and save for future maintenance.

Best experience by far that I've had with a mechanic in well over a decade. Sallas came highly recommended to me by a good buddy who has been a longtime, very happy, trusting client. I finally made the switch and wish I had done so much sooner. Zach in particular was really helpful in explaining everything in a way that neither ignored preexisting knowledge I did have, nor assumed knowledge I didn't have -- and at the same time, didn't treat me like I was ignorant for not being a professionally trained mechanic (all of which are common customer service mistakes made at other shops). I felt like I could really trust the shop, and the thorough information, explanations, answers and advice I was being given, which means more to me with a mechanic than anything else -- trust. Along with the customer service level, they have loaner vehicles and other conveniences available that make Sallas well worth switching to, in my opinion.

I took my wifes traverse in to be cleaned because we would be bringing home a new baby In a few days. I have 2 little girls who had done quite a number in the back over the years plus a dog who would ride time to time. It was truelly a nightmare in there. Well i had it dropped off and cleaned and when i picked it up it was, i kid you not, like it was just bought off the showroom floor. Not a hair or stain anywhere. Made it Refreshing to ride in there again so many thanks to sallas for all their work and doing such a wonderful job.
