I went in for an inspection. from the call to the in-store service, everyone was so courteous and accommodating. I observed the team's interaction with every customer (including an annoying and entitled lady), and they maintained respect and courtesy to every person. wow! Barry was very transparent about the standards he inspected my vehicle, and he specified items that were required by law to pass inspection from the items that were an issue but not an aspect of passing inspection by law. He then offered services, no strings attached. I changed my mind twice about what to get done and not get done with Barry, and he showed patience and understanding for my hesitance. I am returning to them to get my mirror replace, and I look forward to it!
