I went to KC from El Paso to visit my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas last year. I had some trouble with my car( battery) and my son took me to Sallas Auto Repair. I talk to Andrew and he was great. From the moment I got there to the day I took my car back him and hes team was professional and very kind. I felt safe with my car and they work. Im back home to El Paso and I was never worried about my car. I recommend Sallas Auto Repair to everyone that leaves in KC. If you go to another place to work on your car you are definitely not being smart.

Extra shop charges added above approved estimate. If it is a cost you incur you should include it in your estimates. Poor business practice that takes away from your otherwise professionalism!

Tim, it is never our intent to charge for anything that is not approved by our customers. We always have our customers sign an estimate before performing work. In your case we sent an estimate via text that was signed before we did any work. There will never be any price changes without customer approval. We apologize we didn't elaborate if you had additional questions on any cost on the ticket.

Had some exhaust problems and a few other things wrong with my truck, someone recommended Sallas Auto Repair, took it to get fixed and it running good ! I will definitely be coming back.

Had some exhaust smells in my truck took it to Sallas Auto Repair and found out I had to replace the valve cover gasket they did the work and they fixed it, problem solved, highly recomend "Sallas Auto Repair" . Whenever I need my vehicle fixed I will definitely take it to them !
