Long story short this place seems honest and operates on integrity. I truly appreciate that. I thought I completely ruined my tail light casing, turns out I didn’t. Typically I take my baby to the Chevy dealership for all maintenance but I’m happy I stopped by this location for this small issue. They included a thorough mechanical inspection and caught something the dealership bother to address with me. I definitely plan on bring my car back to have those items taken care of. Ans NO, they didn’t just make up some stuff to get me to come back. They sent me photos and videos that show what they found and also gave me a breakdown of costs. And ALSO informed me on the best route to go with it that would help me not accrue additional service fees on separate maintenance tasks. ☺️

The amazing staff went out of their way to accommodate us in a crunch. They got our car in, inspected and fixed on the same day without complaint. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and made sure we were aware of everything as they proceeded. I highly recommend Salas and will definitely be using them for future work.

I took my Toyota into Sallas for an oil change recently. The team was friendly and got my truck done quickly. They identified a couple of items to watch over time but didn’t apply any pressure to get them fixed now. Overall, a great experience.

I normally get my vehicles serviced at the Hickman Mills location. Have been a customer since 1996ish. Always thorough and on point. Found out a new location, Lee’s Summit, opened closer to me so I decided to try them out. The awesome, professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE service was received by Brad and techs at Lee’s Summit location as well. I recommend Sallas to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, fair, dependable repair service. Yes, a lil more expensive but you get what you pay for.
