Given the craptastic weather, I was a little hesitant that anyone would be at the shop at 7:30AM much less complete ALL of the work on the 27th, again, just FANTASTIC service. My truck has been returned to a thoroughly better ride due to the repairs you performed. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

America! Sallas Auto Repair is the BUSINESS! From the time I walked in, 'til the time I drove away, all of my anxieties of trusting a new mechanic with my 21 year old car with over 334K+ miles, have been LAID TO REST! I will NEVER take my Camry anywhere else and YOU shouldn't either! The customer service was MATCHLESS! The front desk agent, Christine (I think), was friendly and professional. Barry, Svc Advisor, thoroughly explained what they would do to analyse my car issues. A very nice, "retired" gentleman gave me a courtesy ride home and picked me up when the repairs were completed. The digital inspection report was OVER-THE-TOP! Never seen one of those before. Impressive. Then Zach, Svc Advisor, called and explained the report down to the smallest detail, as well as answered EVERY question I had. It was a PRESSURE-FREE experience folks! That alone made me say, "do the work!" The Mechanic did an OUTSTANDING job! The safety issues I had as a result of KC's killer potholes have all been resolved. My car drove off sounding, driving, and performing VERY good. My heart was made happy. Sallas' pricing is competitive, but was LESS than the Retail chain's estimate I'd received prior to my visit there. Thank You All for taking good care of my ride. Always a great experience. Up front and honest about what needs to be done to my car, they give me a timeline of when I should do any repairs along with an estimate so that I can plan accordingly. And another plus when you drop off your car they will drop you off at work and pick you up when its done. There is no waiting around the shop experience.
