I love these guys. They have never once ripped me off, or tried to talk me into getting unnecessary work done. Even though I'm a female, they have never talked down to me or tried to take advantage of me (like most mechanics do, assuming that I know nothing about cars). They've even given me instructions for the minor fixes I said I wanted to do myself. This past February they installed a new battery while doing other repairs; last week, that battery died, when tested I was told it had a bad cell. I took the battery back to Sallas, and they not only replaced it for free, but sent one of their guys out TO MY HOUSE to put it back in. Once, on the phone, they walked me through a simple diagnostic to see if I needed to bring it in, or if I could handle the repair myself. My Honda has about a quarter million miles on it; I'm confident that Sallas will help me keep it running for another 250k.

I was happy with their customer service, and I felt like they really worked with me to make my appointment as convenient as possible. I rarely feel like I'm being looked out for when bringing my car places for service, but I really felt that way at Sallas. I was a happy camper!"
