Great work from the mechanics, but they need to get a better system figured out by the main person in control of taking calls. Ross, while although professional in conversation, does not value the time of costumers in a way that is respectful. If you want clear communication about the status of your vehicle and to be informed about repair options for your car, don’t expect Ross to reach out. You will have to call on your own to get things figured out, and in doing so you will most likely get the unfortunate news that Ross is “behind the 8-ball” today. I was hesitant to write this review, but for the third time now I have been the victim of Ross’s poor communication and decision management. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt: Salas overall is a great mechanic, and they might be so busy that Ross is overloaded and cannot properly preform his duties.
Joe, thank you for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate you acknowledging the great work from our mechanics, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience with our communication fell short—especially more than once. That’s not the standard we strive for. We take customer communication seriously, and your comments have been shared with our team so we can address where we’ve missed the mark. We understand how important timely updates and respectful interactions are, and we’re actively working on improving our follow-up process. Thank you for giving us the benefit of the doubt and for continuing to trust us with your vehicle. We’re committed to making it right moving forward.
