John and crew were great to deal with. The facility was very neat and clean and they are clearly very 'customer satisfaction' driven. Although I now have a not-surprising 'laundry list' of items to address, they took care of the most pressing item and I felt they gave me the straight scoop on the other things including how to prioritize them going forward.

Once again the team at Sallas Auto Repair in Overland Park outdid themselves! I have an old truck (2003 F150) so there are things that go wrong occasionally. Last Wednesday was one of those days! About 3 miles from home the truck started running very roughly and the service engine light came blinking on. I called John at Sallas and told him I would get it over there but decided to go hame and have it towed. It was a bad spark plug coil and the service team was able to work my truck into an already busy pre-Memorial Day Holiday schedule and get the job done. If you need repair work done by people you can trust, Sallas Auto is your place.

Best mechanics in the city. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done, big or small. I do a lot of my own maintenance but needed help with diagnosing a problem. They communicated everything that was going on with the testing and kept me updated on what they found and what needed to be fixed. 10/5
