Best auto service in the city! No question. Yesterday and today, at the Overland Park site, Ross taught me new meaning to the term customer service. And John also provides great service. These guys are honest, caring, and go way out of their way to help. Reasonable prices, good discounts, and quality service.

The guys behind the counter at the Overland Park location are friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. I like how they email the vehicle assessment and then call about twenty minutes later to allow time to review. I have two X chromosomes and am terrified of getting bowled over by mechanics, but not st Sallas. Thanks for fair treatment!

John and other staff were fast, friendly, and honest about costs, even though there were several expensive problems. Had a nice conversation also about cost of repair vs. buying used vs. buying new.
