I appreciated the time that was taken to figure out what was the matter with my car. And to think in terms of practicality. If this service is done, which really was a scheduled service that needed to be done anyway, it may or may not solve the problem. But most likely that was the underlying cause. I appreciated being involved in the problem solving of what to do and how to do it and bring in the consideration of my overall cost. Instead of going for the most expensive solution and upping the company revenue, but not necessarily fixing the problem, my car and I won out!! Many Thanks, Jan George
