I have an older Chevy Suburban and I had to have it towed in for service. I had never used their repair shop so I was cautious and asked lots of questions. I was treated the way I would want someone to treat my mom. The fix was not as serious as I had predicted. The inspection they gave my car was very complete and detailed. I won't be surprised when one of the things showing were need attention. I can go back to this shop with confidence.

John and Ross both do a great job of taking care of my 6 cars and trucks. They figured out a long standing issue with one of my vehicles that even the local Ford dealer couldn’t find. I trust them to not up sell me. Just the honest truth about what needs to be done.

I had asked around and 2 women gave you 👍🏻 up. They felt they could trust you. So I took their word for it. Talked first with Russ over the phone. Friendly & helpful and he was up front with me on prices. Came in and then dealt with John. Felt very comfortable dealing with these 2. Reception area was clean. Knew before I left what all this was going to cost. They had someone take me home so I didn’t have to sit there then entire time. John called regarding 1 item with a price and that was fine. I was more excited about getting the computer printout texted to me about what my car would be needing in the near future. Needless to say, I’m very pleased and I know I will be recommending you in the future. Son in law was impressed enough to see about getting Sallas to work on his. Thank you again.

REALLY PEOPLE and MECHANICS A WOMAN CAN TRUST. I always have a great experience with Sallas Auto. These guys are friendly and straight with you. I’ve had many repairs on multiple cars there and years ago I alway took my fleet of extended vans to their location in Grandview. I love they have a location down the street from my house in OP and I can still get the same straight forward service at this location too. I just had their new car inspection done on a used vehicle I want to buy and they went above and beyond what I expected to help me out and explain what was wrong with the car. Plus I love that they sent me a text with the inspection in a link, how convenient is that? VERY! Good guys and always great work!

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out my AC Condenser and Radiator Cooling Fans were bad. The car needed to be towed. I had previously taken it to another place, they diagnosed just the AC fan at approx. 600.00+tax. John was able to get to my car immediately, order the parts, and have it done for the same price and it is under AAA warranty! What if I had spent the monies on just the AC fan and had another issue later on with the Radiator fan? Can't stand it when people try to get over on car repairs. Thank you so much for helping me out. I will NEVER take my car to anyone other than Sallas!
