America! Sallas Auto Repair is the BUSINESS! From the time I walked in, 'til the time I drove away, all of my anxieties of trusting a new mechanic with my 21 year old car with over 334K+ miles, have been LAID TO REST! I will NEVER take my Camry anywhere else and YOU shouldn't either! The customer service was MATCHLESS! The front desk agent, Christine (I think), was friendly and professional. Barry, Svc Advisor, thoroughly explained what they would do to analyse my car issues. A very nice, "retired" gentleman gave me a courtesy ride home and picked me up when the repairs were completed. The digital inspection report was OVER-THE-TOP! Never seen one of those before. Impressive. Then Zach, Svc Advisor, called and explained the report down to the smallest detail, as well as answered EVERY question I had. It was a PRESSURE-FREE experience folks! That alone made me say, "do the work!" The Mechanic did an OUTSTANDING job! The safety issues I had as a result of KC's killer potholes have all been resolved. My car drove off sounding, driving, and performing VERY good. My heart was made happy. Sallas' pricing is competitive, but was LESS than the Retail chain's estimate I'd received prior to my visit there. Thank You All for taking good care of my ride. We dropped the keys off, in the "overnight" box Thursday night. The next day, Since it was Friday--they called and said they didn't feel like they couldn't get it done in one day. So they brought my SUV back to me for the weekend. On Monday, they came to my house and picked up my SUV. They completed the job and brought my car back to me the same day. Really great service. I've never been treated so well when getting my car fixed.

The comprehensive inspection was performed in a timely manner, with the results presented in easy to understand visuals and in written form.

I checked out their website and was very impressed. I made an appointment to have my car looked at. I received a follow up text within a few minutes from Ross at Sallas. I spoke with Ross and explained my needs and concerns. Ross was very Professional and told me to come on in. I arrived to a nice service center where Ross took care of concerns. I dropped my car off and drove away in a loaner car from Sallas. After a few hours I received a link to my car with pictures, an inspection sheet and recommendations of what my vehicle needs. Ross then called me to discuss the repairs. I was unable to afford all of the repairs at once so Ross and I settled on repairing what was critical. I received a text later that afternoon telling me that my car was ready. I would like to thank Sallas for operating a very thorough and Customer friendly service. Thank you Ross for taking care of everything and making me feel like a top priority. Thank you for the use of the loaner car. Always a great experience. Up front and honest about what needs to be done to my car, they give me a timeline of when I should do any repairs along with an estimate so that I can plan accordingly. And another plus when you drop off your car they will drop you off at work and pick you up when its done. There is no waiting around the shop experience.
